He is survived by: his children, Vicki Kuntz (Jim Dokken) of Willmar, Duane Kuntz Jr. of Spicer and Joline Flolo (Michael) of Willmar; his grandchildren, Bethany Kuntz, Dayton DeKam (Lizzie), Isaiah Flolo, Andrew Flolo, Cadence Flolo and Jaidyn Flolo; his great grandchild Avery; and his sisters, Pat Phelps of Grand Forks and Suzie Kowalewski of Grand Forks. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
