He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Visser and Grace Visser (Nype); his brothers, Harold, Clarence and David; and his siblings-in-law, Ted Van Hove, Gerald Groen, Gerrit Slagter, Ruth Visser and Muriel Visser.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Berghuis of Willmar; his children, Sharon Van Eps (Wallace) of Willmar and Leon Visser (Marlene) of Raymond; his siblings, William Visser (Margaret) of Washington, Janet Slagter of Willmar, Hilda Bohlson (Virgil) of Willmar, Ruth Van Hove of Willmar and Marjorie Groen of Willmar; and his sisters-in-law, Florence Visser of Willmar and Bea Visser of Willmar. He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
