It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Jay Steffen of Willmar, Minnesota, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Douglas is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Douglas' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gwen Steffen and Harold Steffen. He is survived by: his brother Bob (Kathy) of Webb Lake, WI; his niece Bailey (Mitch) of London, U. K.; his brother David (Judy) of Raymond; his nieces, Aimee (Josh) and Kayla (David); and his nephew Craig (Crystal).
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harvey Anderson & Johnson Funeral Home (1000 19th Ave SW, Willmar, MN 56201).
