He was predeceased by: his parents, A. L. Knutson and Lucy Knutson (Morris); and his wife Lavina Knutson. He is survived by: his sons, Jon Knutson (Ann) of Champlin, Mike Knutson (Kathy) of New London and Dave Knutson (Laurie) of Otsego; his grandchildren, Heather Auerbach (Edward), Justin Cooper (Regan), Tyler Cooper (Megan), Tom Knutson (Kristi), Ben Knutson (Myrna Rosenstiehl), Victoria Knutson (Brandon Matus), Veronica Knutson (Kevin Aldrich), Vincent Knutson (Shelby Tanner) and Joseph Porter (Lexi); his brother Robert Knutson (Char); and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Winkelmann and Barb Benson. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Our Saviors Cemetery (Minneapolis, MN).
