With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Skaalerud of Willmar, Minnesota, born in Lake Lillian, Minnesota, who passed away on May 1, 2021 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Noor and Adella Noor (Buchholz); her husband Harlan "Jerome" Skaalerud; her granddaughter Jessica Halle; her great grandchild Sawyer Peppin; and her siblings, Richard, Roger Noor, Arlene Leuze, Lucille Priebe, Marilyn Leuze (Phyllis Junker) and Bernice Colvin (Sheryl Klassen).
She is survived by: her children, Bryan Skaalerud of Willmar, Eddie Skaalerud (Jo) of Minneapolis and Heidi Skaalerud (Gary Peterson, Jr.) of Willmar; her siblings, William Noor (Dorothy) of Mound, Ellsworth Noor (Vicky) of Bloomington, Gerald Noor of Willmar, Stanley Noor of Willmar, Kevin Noor (Janice) of Everett, WA. and Gloria Bridgeland (LeRoy) of Hopkins; and her sister-in-law Kathy Noor of Hopkins. She is also survived by five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; three step-grandchildren and numerous extended grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial to the family are preferred.
