He was predeceased by: his parents, Conrad Urban and Alma Urban; his daughter Kathy Hatanpaa; and his brothers, Emil and Lorvin Urban.
He is survived by: his wife Albertha "Birdie" Onnen of Willmar; his children, Larry Urban (Jean) of New London, Gloria Rieschl (Tom) of Georgetown, TX and Doug Urban (Lynn) of New London; and his son-in-law Rick Hatanpaa of Moose Lake. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harvey Anderson & Johnson Funeral Home (1000 19th Ave SW, Willmar, MN 56201). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 1:15 PM at the Fairview Cemetery - Raymond Hwy.
