He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Neiber and Frieda Neiber (Elmore). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Zeilinger; his daughters, Lisa Neiber of Hopkins and Megan Snidarich (Nick) of St. Louis Park; and his brother Dan Neiber (Renee) of Lubbock, TX. He is also survived by ses other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Cancer Society or the Disabled American Veterans are preferred.
