With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Lee of Willmar, Minnesota, born in Adelaide, South Australia, who passed away on May 12, 2021 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Horrace Lee and Madeline Lee (Souter); his son-in-law Erik Pentz; and his brother-in-law Stan Melmeth. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Anne Hackett; his children, Dr. Jennifer Boni (Flavio) of Willmar and Warren Lee (Liz) of San Jose, CA.; his grandchildren, Laird, Liam Pentz, Cooper and Taylor Lee; and his siblings, John Lee (Robyn) of Sydney, Peter Lee (Colleen) of Brisbane, Australia and Rosemary Melmeth of Scone Australia. He is also survived by ses other relatives and friends.
