He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas Jacobson and Hilda Jacobson (Larson); his wife June Gunderson; his daughter Robin Narragon; his daughter-in-law Rita Jacobson; and his siblings, Delores Magnuson, Arnold, Murray and Orville Jacobson.
He is survived by: his children, Brad Jacobson of Kandiyohi, Kay Neal (Duane) of Murdock, Lori Kottke (Keith) of Blaine, Michael Jacobson (Jeanette) of Raymond, Kent Jacobson of Pennock and Sharon Mrzena (Kevin) of Willmar; and his sisters, Signe Rambow and Pearl Almquist. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 26 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Lutheran Church (302 Olena Ave SE, Willmar, MN 56201). A burial was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery (900 75th St SW, Pennock, MN 56279).
Memorials are preferred to St. John's Lutheran Church or Copperleaf Senior Living.
