Clyde Hugh Svobodny Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2024, at the age of 97, Clyde Hugh Svobodny of Willmar, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Svobodny and Sophie Svobodny (Stadther); his siblings, Margie, Velora and Raymond; and his daughter Mary Curtis Aistrop.

He is survived by: his wife Gladys Alvig of Willmar; his sons, Michael (Miriam), Jim (Kay) and Daniel (Lisa); and his grandchildren, Julie Golyer (Shain), John Svobodny (Jeannie), Michael Curtis (Jenny), Eric Svobodny (Molly), Sarah Johnson, Kristen Quick (Mitch), Jordan Svobodny, Alexander Svobodny and Geoffrey Svobodny.

Memorials are preferred to Sibley State Park Improvement Association (SSPIA).
