She is survived by: her former husband Mark Quam; her children, Jessica Quam (Jason) of Willmar, Ryan Quam (Carly) of Willmar, Lindsey Rayman (Nick) of Bloomington, Samantha Johnson (Roderick) of Seaforth and Noah Johnson (Amber) of Willmar; and her sisters, Kathy Slavick (Mike) of Ft. Collins, CO. and Marcia Sylvester (Galen) of Kimball. She is also survived by ses other relatives and many friends.
