He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Marcus and Lena Marcus (Kohrs); and his siblings, Dale Marcus (Audrey), Shirley Jensen (Curt) and Rachel Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Duininck; his children, Jane Bland (David), Bruce Marcus (Gayle), Valerie Kuik (Tom) and Ross Marcus (Dawn); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Lari (Zaheer), Michael Bland (Rachel), Abigail Gulbranson (Joshua), Alexander Marcus (Erin), Leslie Nelson (Brett), Connor Kuik (Lindsay), Claire Macomber (Spencer), Maxwell Kuik (Mary), Taylor Marcus (Lindsay), Paige Marcus, Marina Marcus and Casey Bushard (Darin); and his brother-in-law Robert Moore. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
