He was predeceased by: his parents, Luverne Kleinhuizen and Beatrice Kleinhuizen (Ledeboer); and his sister Diane. He is survived by: his sisters, Deb Kleinhuizen of Willmar, Julie Johnson (Tim) of Kerkhoven and Carol Wells of St. Cloud; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Rogers (Cyril), Susan Calhoun (Mason), Aaron (Nicki), Amber (Andrew), Nielsen (Audrey) and Adrien Wells (Katie). He is also survived by ses other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
