She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Nerva and Lydia Kela; her sons, Thomas, Donald and Peter; her siblings, Melvin Nerva and Eunice Koskela; and her great grandchild Noah Jacob Heglund.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Genereux (Heidi) of Wahpeton, ND, Patrick Genereux (Susan) of Waukee, IA, Emily Heglund (Michael) of Willmar, MN, Paul Genereux (Laurie) of Minnetrista, MN and Mary Amon (Anthony) of Willmar, MN; her husband Arthur Genereux of Terrebonne; and her brothers, Tommy, Donnie and Peter. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Rice Hospice or a charity of your choice.
