He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rosenau and Mayme Rosenau; his wife LaVonne Hentges (Steinke) of Minneapolis; his stepson John Hentges; his siblings, Arnold Rosenau and Arline Woltjer (Rosenau); his parents-in-law, Otto and Emma Steinke; and his siblings-in-law, Warren Steinke and Marion Westerlund (Steinke).
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Charlene Hentges (Andrew) of Faribault, Wayne Hentges of Burnsville and Sandra Kasparek (Donald) of Faribault; his daughters, Marie Hardy of Sammamish, Washington, Carol Hanson (Brad) of Willmar and Nancy Rosenau of Manitou Springs, Colorado; his sister Leona Kruger (Rosenau) of Glenwood; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Henkel (Steinke) of Zimmerman and Courtney Steinke of North Branford, CT.. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Arthur W. Rosenau, age 91, of Willmar, lost his battle with Alzheimer's disease while in the care of Eagan Pointe Senior Living, Eagan.
