She was predeceased by: her parents, Olvin Shelstad and Alphia Shelstad (Gjelhaug); her husband John Edward Pederson; and her sister Lorraine Wegner. She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Bacon (Kerry) of Cambridge, John Pederson (Connie) of Annandale and Patricia Johnson (Mark) of Spicer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, besides other relatives.
