It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rose Anderson of White Earth, Minnesota, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, David Roy and Christine Roy (Rice); her husband Don Anderson; her children, Joe D. Emerson, Melody Emerson, Jerry Emerson and John Howard; and her siblings, Louis Roy, Della Roy, Benjamin Roy, Francis Roy, Georgianna Weimer, Priscilla DeFoe, Irene Cavender, Isabelle Raider, Herb Roy and Leo Roy.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Howard of Lengby, MN, Mindy Woolbert of White Earth, MN, Suzette Emerson of Oakland, CA, James Emerson of Great Falls, MT and David Emerson of Oakland, CA; and her siblings, Ada Hobbs and Rev. Robert Roy. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
