He was predeceased by: his parents, Julius and Rosie; his siblings, Patricia and Julio; his sister-in-law Carol; his parents-in-law, Roy and Ruth Henshaw; and his granddaughter Samantha.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Casie Hess (Richard), Jason (Rebecca) and Nick (Cassie); his grandchildren, Joshua, Amanda, Jordan, Makayla, Sophia, Aria, Corey and Conner; his great grandchildren, Skylar and Scarlet; his sister Josephine; and his pet Enzo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
