He was predeceased by: his parents, Cliff Garner and Mary Ann Garner; his siblings, Richard (Dick), Gerald (Jerry), Joan, Carole and Dianne; his sisters-in-law, Karen and Mary; and his nephew Joey.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Garner; his children, Annette (Ron) and Chad (Kirsten); his granddaughter Abigail; his sisters, Connie (Gary) and Mary (Sandy); his stepdaughter Sheri; and his stepgranddaughter Jennifer. He is also survived by 12 nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends.
