He was predeceased by: his wives, Sheryl Carroll Cunningham and Helen Cunningham; his parents, Frank Cunningham and Anna Cunningham; his brother James; his nephew John; and his niece Margaret Ann.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa, Susan, Jennifer, Colleen and Chris; his grandsons, Jason, Andrew, Scott, Derek and Shane; and his great grandchildren, George, Henry, Patrick, Olivia and Teddy.
