He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George A Hoffman, MD and Mary Frances Hoffman (Edwards); his former wife Margaret Mary Loucks, RN; his pets, Rex and Max; his wife Mary Kay Whalen Hoffman of Cambridge, MN; his son Robert Peter Hoffman (Lindsay Rassmann) of North Branch, MN.; and his siblings, Diane M. Niland (NJ), Robert G Hoffman (AL), Kathleen M. Melucci (NJ), Margaret V Hoffman (Karen Leach) of NJ, Richard T Hoffman (Danuta) of IA and Elizabeth J Sherpey (David) of NJ. He was also cherished by numerous nieces; nephews; and their children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Hospice of the Midwest in Forest Lake, MN in honor of their excellent care for Peter.
