He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Richard O. Berg. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Moore (Amlee); his sons, Patrick (Michele) and Sonny; his grandchildren, Tristan, Natorri, Mya and Kai; and his cousins, Richard, Nancy, Tracy and David Bixby. He is also survived by sister Barbara Berg, her children and grandchildren.
