She is survived by: her children, Dr. Stephen Jaksa (Lori), Elizabeth Jaksa, Barbara Deutsch (Mark) and Dr. Robert Jaksa (Sue); her grandchildren, Halle Jaksa (Jacob), Cole Jaksa and William Deutsch; and her friend LeAnne Connolly. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
