Kerry is survived by: husband Mike; children, Katie and Matt Zawislak; father Jim McGinnis; sister Karla McKane (Tom); mother-in-law Pat Zawislak; nieces, Nicole, Marta and Marilyn; nephew Paul; sister Denise (Phil Buechler); and close friend Dawn Aronson.
