He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Baillargeon and Lorraine Baillargeon; his parents-in-law, Sylvia Illa and Edward Illa; his siblings, Maureen Baillargeon and Maurice Joseph Baillargeon; his siblings-in-law, Peggy Baillargeon, Bernie Baillargeon, Dave Griese, Dale Illa and David Hedeen; his niece-in-law Jamie Casey; his great-nephew Grant Samuel Rohr; and his great-niece Hazel Baillargeon.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl; his children, Scott Baillargeon (Alicia), Lisa Polinceusz (Tom) and Dana Rucker (Chris); his grandchildren, Sawyer, Presley Baillargeon, Kasia, Mikey, Luke, Anya Polinceusz and Loren Rucker; his siblings, Jerry Baillargeon (Mary Lou), Judy Griese, Raymond Baillargeon (Terry), Tony Baillargeon (Judy), Mary Casey (Ed), Lee Baillargeon (Debbie) and Rita Strom (Geof); and his in-laws, Gary Illa (Sharon), Diane Illa and Helen Hedeen. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends he loved.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Mary of the Lake Church (4741 Bald Eagle Ave, White Bear Lake, MN 55110).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a favorite charity of your choice in Joe's name or to St. Mary of the Lake Church.
