He was predeceased by: his former wife Laura (Closemore); his parents, Ken Hines and Dorothy Hines; and his sister Mary Crane. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Kyne); his sons, Brian (Kari), Tim and Matt (Aubrey); his grandchildren, Cole (Hailey), Luke (Molly Wagner) and Tate (Nate Leopold); and his siblings, Jim (Pat), David (Suzette McDonough), Donna Gausman (Dan), Ray (Joan), Roger (Doreen), Barbara Heroff (Doug) and John. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, godchildren, cousins, colleagues and countless friends.
