He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald and Ardell; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Stacy (Jason) and Gianna; his grandchildren, Kyle, Arik, Miles, Katharina and Hayley; his sisters, Kathy and Jody; and his close friends, Jeff Nelson and Ross VanNess. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
