She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Burns and Jeanette Burns; and her siblings, Curtis Burns and Barbara Cummins. She is survived by: her caregiver Jerome Hintz; her daughters, Kim and Amy (Jay); her grandchildren, Amanda, Ryan (Mal), Lonna (Kaleb) and Ramona; and her brother-in-law Clark Sr.. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
