It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Andrea Higgins of White Bear Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Grelk and Betty Grelk; and her husband Gregory L. Higgins. She is survived by: her daughters, Ashlee Loch (Ben) and Amanda Theis (Pete); her grandchildren, Eligh and Elliot Loch; and her sister Janice Olson.
