She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Hoeper and Henry Hoeper; her husband Leo; her siblings, Henry, Melvin, Oren, Ervin, Jack Hoeper, Anne Hobblit, Bernedian Elwood, Glorianne Rosten and Margie Smykowski; and her siblings-in-law, Eleta, Evelyn, Doris Hoeper, Arden Hobblit, Howard Elwood and Ted Smykowski.

She is survived by: her grandsons, Trevor Wirtjes, Colby Terhaar, Andy Terhaar, Ben Kohls and Sam Kohls; and her children, Joe Terhaar (Joyce) of Plymouth, MN, Kris Wirtjes (Ron) of Wheaton, Paul Terhaar (Candy) of Omaha, NE, Ken Terhaar (Lori) of Burnsville, MN, Bob Terhaar of Brainerd, MN and Amy Top (Doug) of Sioux Falls, SD. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
