She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Thielen; her children, Robert Thielen (Susie) of New Brighton, MN, Terry MacDonald (John) of Prior Lake, MN, John Thielen (Meg) of Jordan, MN, Charlet Mahs (Jay) of Blackduck, MN and Paul Thielen (Leah) of Wheaton, MN; her sister-in-law Dolores Thielen; her grandchildren, Beth Thielen (John Secord), Jill O'Brien (Hugh), Tricia Swaggert (Jake), Joe MacDonald (Jami), Mike MacDonald (Sarah Thomas), Jenna Mahs, Alex Mahs (Lindy), Brita Thielen (Mark Madland), Sam Thielen (Kassie), Callie Blackwelder (Brett) and Matt Thielen; her stepgrandchildren, Alana McDevitt (Donn Stevenson) and Seamus McDevitt (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Logan, Claire, Ben, Brody, Callen, Everett, Cameron, Madilyn, Elijah, Hugo, Scarlett, Weston, James, Lyla, Max and Nora; her siblings, Alois, Arnold, Paul, Alice, Raymond, Caroline, Marcellus, Louis, Dorothy, Donald and Richard; her daughter-in-law Kimberly Thielen; and her stepgranddaughter Erin McDevitt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Traverse Care Center to be used for a new activities van, or the Wheaton Community Diner who provides senior meals to the Wheaton Community.
