He is survived by: his close friend Carol Samuelson of Wheaton, MN; his sons, Steven Deal (Melissa) of Herman, MN, Ryan Deal (Carol) of Wheaton, MN and Erik Deal (Amy Churchill) of Wheaton, MN; his siblings, James Deal (Pam) of Anoka, MN, John Deal (Lois) of Herman, MN and Joanne Dobberstein of Herman, MN; his grandchildren, Zackery Deal (Makenna), Isaac Deal (Emily Ratajczak), Owen Deal, Trey Deal (Brandie DeHate), Elyssa Ogle, Adrianna Westrom (Bradley), McKenna Sanstead and Emily Sanstead; his great grandchildren, Brooks, Carter, Madalynn, Theodore, Roman, Zayn, Dakota, Marshall, Phoenix, Elianna, Gaetana, Aiden, Zaniyah and Leo; his significant other Carol; and also, Genn Bervig (Ron) of Halstad, MN, NaLoni (Patrick), Chelsie Froning (Nick), Elissa Nygaard (Jordan Hayes), Andrew Bervig, Megan Spence and Mitchell Spence (Sydney Bartels).
