He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Baker and Alice Baker; his sister Jeannie; and his brothers-in-law, Ken and Ben.

He is survived by: his children, Les (Pam) and Jolene (Jim); his wife Evelyn Benson Baker; his sisters, Gertie Ann (Andrew) and Carol (Fred); his grandsons, Keith (Becky), Jon (Mandy) and Joshua (Victoria); and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Evelyn, Lucy, Bennett and Asher.
