He is survived by: his children, James, Don, Diana Martenson of Shoreview, MN, Bruce Conroy (Joann) of Dumont, MN, Jane Gau (Tom) of Maple Grove, MN, Chris Cherwien (Paul) of Minnetonka, MN, Marla Conroy (Stuart Johnson) of Shoreview, MN and D. J. Conroy (Katie) of Marietta, GA. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren and his nieces and nephews.
