He was predeceased by: his parents, Algot Johanson and Hildur Johanson (Hammersten); and his brothers, Verne, Richard, Leslie and Owen Johanson.
He is survived by: his spouse Yvonne Lundquist; his sons, Dwight Johanson (Mary) of Rosholt, SD and Craig Johanson (Sue) of Brandon, MN; and his siblings, Betty Lehman of Sun City, AZ and Gary Johanson (Donna). He is also survived by five grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
