He is survived by: his nephews, Mike and Jason; his siblings, Joseph, Leo, Edward, George, Thomas, Robert, Richard, Mary Reith and Elizabeth Johnson; and his nephew Craig. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
