She is survived by: her children, Lynn, Elaine Spurr (Robert) and Bill (Jodi); her grandchildren, Tina, Jen, Brett Spurr, Waylon, Jared Munch and Kate Rohde (Richard); and her great grandchildren, Bob and Ben.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Augustana Lutheran Church (1400 S Robert St, West St Paul, MN 55118). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

Memorials are preferred, Willa was born in 1928 in St. Paul and raised on the West Side.
