Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Thomas Cook of West Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away at the age of 67, on October 5, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Elizabeth Cook and Douglas Cook. He is survived by: his wife Patti Cook; his children, Jon Paul Cook, Sarah (Corey Jarvis), Apollo (Reana Armstrong) and Evan Varns, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Mikayla Cook, Hayleigh Cook, Kiernan Varns, Sabine Varns, Isabella Kolb, Skyler Jarvis and Jaxon Cook Tom. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.

We ask that any monetary remembrances in lieu of flowers be donated to St. Jude's Hospital for Children in his name.
