With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Roy Norton of West Saint Paul, Minnesota, who passed away on October 26, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine; and his parents, Roy and Mae. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew (Pamela) and Karl Norton; his grandchildren, Cassandra Parranto (Christopher), Victoria Duren, Collin Norton-Zeimet, Olive Norton and Elaine Norton; and his great grandchild Austin Parranto. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
