He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Aleshia Leivermann (John), Chrisann (Carey Burkett), Jeanna Hartzell and David Olmstead; his grandchildren, Jason, Leah, Ryan, Jacob and Jackson; and his siblings, Maxine Chupurdia (Jim), Jim (Lynne), Gary and Linda. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
