He was predeceased by: his wife Donna; his granddaughter Katie Rose O'Brien; and his siblings, Sam, Walter (Blackie), Violet Huber and Laurie Kane.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Hanson (Lynn), Shelly O'Brien (Tom), Michael (Debby), Marty and Mario (Colleen); his grandchildren, Lynn Michael Hanson (Melissa), Matt Hanson, Angie O'Brien, Mike Casalenda (Paula), Theresa Closmore (Mike), Nick Casalenda, Ryan Casalenda, Tony Casalenda (Jess), Dominic Casalenda (Ellen) and Gina Winberg (Jake); and his siblings, Gloria Azzone, Joe Casalenda and Dick Casalenda. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Our Lady of Peace Hospice.
