He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Foley and Ethel Foley; and his siblings, James, Jerome and Mary Foley.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Foley; his children, Patricia Foley, Sean (Nikki), Mark (Jennifer) and Blake (Nicole); and his grandchildren, Payton (Alex), Chase, Brooke, Reese, Tucker, Henry and Owen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to donor's choice.
