Liyao is survived by: wife Ruimei Zhen; children, Shiqun Wu, Zhixin Zheng, Ting Wu, Zhongshun Wu and Xiuling Zhou; and grandchildren, Kristine Wu, Michelle Wu, Jieyan Zheng, Selena Zheng, Sihao Wu and Sicheng Wu.
