He was predeceased by: his wife Erdine Mae (Evans); his son Lambert Wayne; his parents, Carl "Charley" and Ida (Groth); and his siblings, Gladys and Gilbert.

He is survived by: his close friend Linda Kane; his children, David (Kathleen) of Maplewood, Susan of Cambridge, Tammey Nowacki (Brian) of St. Paul and Scotty (Angela) of Oakdale; his grandchildren, Kelly Jo Humphrey (Mark), Scott Saniti, Jr., Lambert Wayne Motz, Jr., Sara Revering (Andrew), Abbey Reinhart (Jason), Jessica Sonsteby, Kelsey Dickey (Beau), Aaron Sonsteby, Connor Motz and Emma Motz; and his great grandchildren, Victoria, Christian, Brecken Humphrey, Marissa, Ashley Motz, Khloe, Kailey Revering, Nora, Theodore Reinhart, David, Ryan Dickey, Wesley and Violet Sonsteby. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Please, no need to apologize if you are unable to attend the funeral, due to your busy schedule or Covid-19.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
