He is survived by: his wife Coby Buursema; his daughters, Monique Buursema (John Weikert), Yolanda Wold (Wayne) and Inez Avery (John); his son-in-law Eric Swanson; his grandchildren, Lindsay Swanson (Brandon Butler), Dr. Kaitlin Swanson Ingram (Michael Ingram), Joseph Weikert, Makayla, Annika Wold, Caden and Ethan Avery; and his great grandchild Edward Butler.
