It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jody Rae Bergsgaard (West Saint Paul, Minnesota), who passed away on October 28, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Jody Rae was predeceased by: parents, William Lerbs and Geraldine Lerbs. Jody Rae is survived by: husband Robert "Bob" Bergsgaard; children, Zachary, Drew, Lance and Adrianna Moore; stepchildren, Robert Bergsgaard and Ashley Bergsgaard; and siblings, Jamie Lerbs (Jane), Jon Lerbs (Diana), Jay Lerbs and Jenny Kosiec. Jody Rae is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Only knowing Jody for a short time as a co-worker of Allina it seems like a life time. I worked with Jody everyday, went out to lunch and looked forward to seeing her and working side by side with her. We had a good time with our client's while trying to get them to like one more than the other. The client's enjoyed it. The client's and staff at Southview Acres were all so sad and asked that condolences were given to you. Is not always about the quantity of time, but the quality and I so enjoyed out time together.
