He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Steiner (Johnson); his children, Jeff Steiner, Cindy Steiner, Tammy Erskine (Todd), Christina Rehak (Tim), Theresa Wirt (Brad), Sandra Wicklund (Clark), Amy Swangstue and Susan Swangstue (Bryan Trapp); and his sister Sharon Lorenz (Ray). He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren.
