She was predeceased by: her father Floyd O'Connor; her sister Kathleen O'Connor; and her brother-in-law Lester Sevcik. She is survived by: her mother Mary Alice O'Connor (McFadden); and her siblings, Darlene O'Connor (Mike Johnson), Gene O'Connor, Carol Schacht (Daniel), Wayne O'Connor (Mary), Byron O'Connor (Linda), Elaine Mach, Yvon Lynch (John Lynch), Noreen Sevcik, Patrick O'Connor, Lyndon O'Connor (Bernadette Walter), Sheila O'Connor and Kevin O'Connor (Kristen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bethlehem Academy in memory of Gail.
