He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie; his son Frederick; and his father Frederick Sr.. He is survived by: his grandson Joseph; his daughters, Donna and Dianna (Johnny); his grandchildren, Tara, Rachel, Branden, Tim, Polita, Julia, Desarae, Jazlynn and Johnny Jr.; his mother Audrey Marie Dick; and his siblings, Terry, Sandy, Tom, Jim and Joey. He is also survived by many relatives and friends.
