He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brother Dan Shively (Jean); his nephew Matthew; his niece Jenna; his father-in-law Gunner Petersen; his brothers-in-law, Rod Petersen (Judy) and Mark Vidlock Petersen (Karen); and his nieces, Megan and Quinn. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
